These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Gammanh Group website and your purchase of products from it. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products, pricing, and availability

Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change at any time without notice. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. Colors and finishes may vary slightly from what appears on your screen, and hand-treated or made-to-order pieces show natural variation.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order — for example, if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is captured and you receive a confirmation email.

Shipping and delivery

We ship within the timeframe shown at checkout or on the product page. Made-to-order pieces carry the lead time listed on their page. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier receives the parcel. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will help you track a shipment if something goes wrong.

Returns and exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. Made-to-order and final-sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including artwork, graphics, product designs, photography, text, and the Gammanh Group name and logo — is owned by Gammanh Group or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided "as is." Gammanh Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Gammanh Group operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
