This Privacy Notice explains what information Gammanh Group collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Gammanh Group website and any purchase you make through it.

Information we collect
- Order details: your name, email, shipping and billing address, and phone number when you place an order.
- Payment information: processed directly by Stripe. We receive a confirmation and limited details (such as the last four digits of your card), never your full card number.
- Communications: the content of messages you send us.
- Usage data: basic technical information such as browser type, device, and pages viewed, collected automatically to keep the site working and secure.
How we use your information
- To process, fulfill, and deliver your orders.
- To send order confirmations and shipping updates, and to answer your enquiries.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
- To improve our products and the shopping experience.
- To send occasional updates about new releases — only if you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the store, and only as needed:
- Stripe, for payment processing.
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
- Our email provider, to send order and (if you opted in) marketing messages.
- Our hosting and database providers, to operate the site.
- Analytics providers (Vercel Analytics, and — only if you accept cookies — Google Analytics), to understand how the site is used.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies keep the site working (for example, your cart). We also use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Vercel Analytics) to measure traffic, referral sources, and general location and device — this does not identify you.
With your consent, we use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to help us understand audience demographics and how visitors move through the site. We ask for your choice with a banner on your first visit; analytics cookies are not set unless you accept. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the site’s cookies in your browser, and you can opt out of Google Analytics via Google’s browser add-on.
Data retention
We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. We keep marketing contact details until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Residents of California (CCPA) and the EU/UK (GDPR) have specific rights, including the right not to be treated differently for exercising them. Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data protected and act promptly if an issue arises.
Children's privacy
Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
